Terms and Conditions – Sunny Makeover Beauty Parlor

1. General
By accessing or using any services provided by Sunny Makeover Beauty Parlor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or availing any of our services.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payments
Payments must be made in full after services are rendered. We accept cash, UPI, and other approved payment methods. Prices may vary based on the service type, products used, or stylist chosen.
4. Use of Products
We use high-quality, genuine beauty products. Please inform our staff about any allergies or skin sensitivities before any treatment. Sunny Makeover Beauty Parlor will not be responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed medical or skin conditions.
5. Home and Bridal Services
Home and bridal services are available on request and may require advance booking and additional travel charges. A non-refundable advance payment may be required for bridal packages.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Services once provided cannot be refunded. In case of dissatisfaction, please report it immediately at the salon so we can address your concern. Product purchases are not returnable once opened or used.
7. Gift Vouchers and Offers
Gift vouchers and discount offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired vouchers or offers will not be accepted.
8. Personal Belongings
Please keep your belongings safe. The salon will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
9. Photography and Promotion
We may request permission to take before/after photos for promotional purposes. No photos will be used without your consent.
10. Changes to Terms
Sunny Makeover Beauty Parlor reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
